We, the members of the Upsilon Sigma Phi Alumni Association, cognizant of our duties and responsibilities as members of our respective communities, shall endeavor individually and collectively, to undertake educational activities among all sectors of society, including especially the youth in the field of  environmental protection and preservation. 

By this undertaking, we, invariably loyal to the ideals (and teachings) of our alma mater, the University of the Philippines, strive to contribute to the ultimate objective and efforts to improve everyday life, protect human health, advance quality education, create jobs in the environmental field, promote environmental protection and economic development, and encourage stewardship of natural resources.
